To develop an innovative payment service that goes beyond traditional banking solutions, with the goal of making the shopping experience easier and more enjoyable. We focus not only on facilitating financing, but also on providing resources for consumers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Our payment service will allow users to choose from a variety of payment and financing options, and will offer a frictionless experience both in physical stores and online. In addition, we will seek to improve the overall shopping experience by providing tools and resources to help consumers make more positive and responsible purchasing decisions.

The interaction with the application is optimal. There are no relevant frictions or barriers to use in terms of interaction and navigation. Users have performed the tasks without experiencing major difficulties in interacting with the different elements on the screen. All users unanimously agree that Swipe is an intuitive and user-friendly app. The ease, the way in which the user is guided, the closeness with which it is expressed, the request for limited information, the consistency between screens and usability patterns? Everything in general contributes to an optimal interaction. They agree that the process is clearly intuitive and simple. It is efficient and flexible, accelerators are presented, the design contributes to focus attention on calls to action and on the essentials. This is especially accentuated in onboarding which, despite being the most extensive process, the feeling is that it is not complex. Users feel accompanied at all times and the language helps to build a very positive experience (especially in Young and Medium profiles).

The frictionless interaction is reflected in the good results obtained in Satisfaction. In the satisfaction scale, very good and consistent values are obtained for the main elements of usability, in the 3 profiles (senior: 4.22; medium: 4.53 and young: 4.33). A noteworthy aspect is the consistency and high score given to the item the different functionalities are well integrated* (4.25 average for all profiles). The complexity has been successfully concealed in a halo of simplicity, making everything fit together perfectly and feel seamless. A higher score is given to "I feel at ease using Swipe" which scores 4.75, i.e., feeling good while you are getting into the process and using Apo. For this item there is 0% deviation between profiles as well as minimal deviation between participants in the same group.
